Franz joined Adelis in 2023 as a Partner. He is based in the Munich office, responsible for investments in the German-speaking region. For more than 15 years, he has invested a wide range of transactions in the DACH mid-market, always with a focus on growth and a partnership approach.

Prior to joining Adelis, Franz worked at DPE, Chequers Capital and Citi.
