John-Matias joined Adelis in 2015. John-Matias is a board member at Ropo Capital, Hantverksdata, Diakrit, re:mount and Valamis. He is the Chairman of the Board of Avidly. Previous Adelis board positions include QMG and Valtti.

Prior to joining Adelis, John-Matias worked as an analyst in the investment team of Alder, a Private Equity fund specializing in the environmental technology sector. John-Matias has also worked in the finance department of Metsä Tissue in Finland.
