John-Matias joined Adelis in 2015. John-Matias is a board member at Ropo, Diakrit, INNA and Btwentyfour. He is the Chairman of the Board of Avidly. Previous Adelis board positions include QMG, Valtti, Aceve, re:mount, Presto and Valamis.

Prior to joining Adelis, John-Matias worked as an analyst in the investment team of Alder, a Private Equity fund specializing in the environmental technology sector.
