Sibel joined Adelis in 2022 where she focuses on Healthcare & Life Sciences investments. Sibel has been a board member at BBI Solutions (UK), Tempus Labs (US) and Mission Bio (US), and is currently on the board of SSI Diagnostica (DK) and IonOpticks (AUS).

Prior to joining Adelis, Sibel worked as a Principal at Novo Holdings from 2016 to 2022 where she focused on life science and healthcare investments in Europe and the US. Sibel started her professional career at Bain & Company, where she worked primarily with private equity due diligences and corporate strategy for leading Nordic companies.
